We have an active membership, however you can still find a range free for serious or recreational shooting. Check out the current activities below:
TRAINING
License to Carry Pistol Class / Safety Class
WEEKEND
Note that this class is also offered during the week.As of 1/1/2013, the cost of this class is $85.
Saturday, June 22, 2013. Class time is 12 noon to 7:30 PM.
Please bring cash to the class.
This class is accepting reservations now.
This class meets the requirements for a MA License to Carry (LTC), MA Firearms Identification Card (FID) and also the requirements for a CT Pistol Permit.
The gate will be opened 15 minutes before the start of the class. Bring eye and ear protection, if you have them.
Space is limited. In order to run, this classes must have a minimum of 15 students.
Please be sure to email the club President at President@AgawamRevolverClub.com or call him at (413) 427-3371 to reserve a seat. Classes usually run each month.
WEEKDAY
This class is also offered on weekdays.
The class runs only if the minimum number of students are registered.

Advanced Tactics & Firearms LLC is conducting professional defensive training at our facility.
Police Training
Because of strong demand for shooting instruction, live fire pistol shooting courses are also available.
Rifle and pistol courses (with basic, intermediate and advanced levels) are offered. If you are interested in any of the courses, please contact Jim Markowski at jpm264@aol.com.
During the Winter, these courses will be conducted on our new indoor range and will teach draw and fire skills using your own firearm and belt holster. This will NOT result in a closure of the left indoor range. Contact Jim to sign up for a course.

Hunter Safety Class
This class, run by MassWildlife, will NOT be run at our club this year, because of insufficient MassWildlife instructors.

LEAGUES
Western MA Pistol League
(Tuesday Evening, September-April)
A group meets to conduct a .22 pistol “Bullseye” match on Tuesday evenings with shooting times from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on the indoor pistol range. This league will begin again in September 2013. Competition is against seven other WMPL Teams. The ARC – WMPL Team shoots at the ARC indoor pistol range.

Agawam Revolver Club, Inc. Small-bore Rifle and Pistol Rapid-fire Target League(Center Outdoor Range Closed)
Last year's Rapid-fire Rifle League has been modified into a new summer league. This year's league is rifle and pistol in .22 long rifle caliber.
The match consists of a head-to-head shoot off, where each shooter shoots matching steel target sets. The person that knocks down all of their targets first wins.
A .22 long rifle caliber rifle or hand gun is needed for the respective league. You must also have three magazines.
The match fee is $6.
Matches run twice per month during the week and once per month on Sunday. 2012 dates remaining are:

Range Cleanup

RANGE CLOSURES
TRAINING AND COMPETITION
Some closures are noted above for training and competition purposes.
CLEANING
The clubhouse is cleaned, by Whip City Cleaning, usually on Friday mornings, resulting in a brief closure of the indoor range.
OTHER CLOSURES
Because of the growth of the our club and the resulting increased maintenance and improvements, periodic range closures are required.
The following activities are currently planned:
New Indoor Range
There will be intermittent range closures as all building lighting is replaced [completed 9/28/12], the right-side indoor range has a new trap system [completed 11/1/12], target carriers [completed 11/1/12], ceiling baffles [completed 10/19/12], electrical work [completed 5/16/13], ventilation [completed 2/13] and additional access controls [completed 11/2/12] are installed.
Indoor and Outdoor Cameras
There is additonal work be performed to install cameras. [on-going].
100 Yard Range Berm
There will also be extensive work done on the 100 yard outside range backstop in 2013. This will require the closing of all outdoor ranges for a portion of the work. As more detail closure information is available, it will be posted here first.
If you see a 'range closed' sign, please note that workmen may be in the attic, on the roof or some other location that prevents, for safety reasons, shooting on the existing indoor or outdoor range. This page will be updated as we proceed.
